I am a documentary filmmaker with a firm belief in the benefits of applying creative narrative techniques to media stories in order to maximise their appeal and achieve the widest audience possible. Under this precept I have identified valuable stories, pitched them to funding bodies and produced award winning documentaries.
I have ten years of international experience on independent documentary and drama projects, from location to post-production, with an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the production process.
I currently use my lecturing post as a platform to further explore the possibilities of the documentary medium and to create enthusiasm in students regarding its ethical debates and production techniques.

Me parece excelente este nuevo documental en el que han incursionado tanto Bilquis como vos. Aprovechando además de los buenos proyectos en los que has trabajado, de nuevo, implementás el medio audiovisual para hacer una exposición de la realidad que acontece en nuestra región centroamericana (por decir poco) y sobre la cual las voces de protesta en contra del maltrato, explotación y discriminación de nuestros hermanos indígenas, son silenciadas por un repudio narcisista de una comunidad que le rinde cuentas al resto del mundo, olvidándose de su propia identidad.
